Refund policy
Right of Return
The customer has the right to return a product when the following conditions are fulfilled.
- Your return request should be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
- If the product has a manufacturing defect
- It does not match the ordered product.
- The product is tampered
- The product was damaged in shipping
* All these conditions will be accepted if the product is in its original condition, unused or damaged.
*An email will be sent to you if your request has been accepted or rejected
When the return request is accepted, you will have to send the product to us through a shipping company requesting insurance for not losing or damaging the products, -this step is necessary because the responsibility will rest on the customer if the product is lost or damaged-. The shipping fee remains the customer's responsibility.
On the other hand, if the order is dispatched mistakenly wrong from our end, we will take the full responsibility, also bear the courier charges
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
For reimbursements:

Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel the order within 24 hours by phone or email provided in the contact us page. The refund will be initiated within 24 hours and it might take up to 14 working days to be completed.
